					<description>&lt;p&gt;As much as it pains me to say, I doubt it.  If the Nationals want to give Casto the greatest opportunity to succeed at 2B, they should replace Harris with him in the AZ Fall League.  Let him get PT against better quality pitching in a place where the limited Nats scouting base can watch/instruct.  It's apparent Harris isn't going to get a chance in the Bowden/Robinson regime so send a guy there who might get a fair shake.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My concern is that BA evaluated Casto just last year as slow-footed and awkward &lt;B&gt;for third base&lt;/B&gt;. Did his defense really improve that much in one season? (Or BA could have had bad information, of course.)&lt;/p&gt;
