^ Returning senior
With the exception of four, all of the above players are freshman. It will be interesting to watch as these players develop. I have created a page to track the progress of all of the unsigned 2006 draft picks.

The tracker is a great idea. FYI, there are two additional non-freshman: (1) Tyler Moore is a JUCO transfer from Meridan Comm. Coll. in Mississippi; and (2) Javier Martinez (Fordham) was draft eligible as a soph, but is now a junior.
Any word on the DFEs? I believe that there are nine — do you have any sense as to whom may be of interest?

The amount of work you put into this site continues to amaze me. I’m sure my boss would not be happy, but I must spend hours reading your stuff as well as the links you provide.
Can’t wait for the college season to begin! Ping!

Does this mean the Nationals have lost the rights to the players at the four-year colleges or does it just mean that the Nationals have to wait until baseball season is over before the NCAA will allow them to sign?

The Nationals no longer have any signing right to the guys listed above. There are 8 (plus 2 unknowns) players the Nationals still have the rights to negotiate with.
