Frazier first made a name for himself when he led his Toms River, NJ team to a Little League World Series championship in 1998. He’s on track to be the third member of his family to play professional baseball, he had a brother, Charlie, who spent 5 seasons in the Marlins systems; and a brother, Jeff, entering his 4th season in the Tigers organization. Frazier is currently playing SS for Rutgers, but it appears his professional career will lead him to the OF (like his brothers). Scouts see the raw power that could translate to a corner OF position, but he is stil a work in progress. He’s got alot of potential and is likely the best college MI prospect entering the 2007 season. He’s likely a supplemental first round selection.
