Another lefthanded closer prospect, Cecil is a local guy in every sense of the word. He’s from Dunkirk, MD. Went to DeMatha High School. Now attends school at Maryland. He is not likely to go early in the draft but his one-two punch (FB/CB) could make him an easy supplemental first round selection.
