&lt;p&gt;If they did not get Peacock and T. Moore signed, it is just another example of the lip service the owners patronize the fans with.  These are two guys projected for the first 5-7 rounds, whom immediately would have been top 30 prospects for us, at positions we need help: pitching and power hitting.  I hope to be proven wrong, but a year into their ownership and I have not seen the progress promised when they decided to destroy the major league club and redirect the resources to the minors.&lt;/p&gt;
