Come on Zim Reaper! I think he can be next year's Lannan.

Start the season at potomac, go 3-0 move to Harrisburg in May and continue to dominate, be in Columbus by August and get called up due to injuries, etc.or come up when rosters expand.

Asside from Detwiler and Balester (and maybe a healthy Garrett Mock) he is the closest Nats pitcher to being ready for The Show

Zim Reaper didn't impress much last night.....continuing a downward trend for seemingly all new addition Nats pitching prospects - towards the end of the season they all started to get hit around a bit and it was disturbingly widespread.... it happened to Meyers, Detwiler, Gibson, Zimmerman, Dean, and Alaniz. Because it's so widespred I have to assume that they all just fatigued at the end of the year because they weren't used to the workload. I note that for the guys who have been pitching for a few years that it was kinda the inverse - Martis and Ballister the most noteworthy. I'd say these guys need to get away....take some time off....rest.... and refine in the Fall leagues...
