I'm torn here, either:
A) lose a lot and get a better draft pick, or
B) win a lot and cause angst, B&M-ing and heartattacks ins Philly & NY?

B is more fun!

The draft picks will take care of themselves. It's not like the NFL where the worth of the pick declines expoentially. Draft guys out of HS or College and projecting their abilities 3-5 years on is as much a crap shoot as science.

Thus the difference between drafting 5th, 10th or 15th isn't nearly as important as the talent (or luck) in rating the potential draftees.

So let's go out and win 5 more to set the tone for ST next year!

Eventhought the first pick gets all the publicity, its the cumulative results of your first ten draft picks that really count.

Go for the Curly W's!
