Let's face it, if the team invested 500k signing a kid, the club wants to get every opportunity to get a return on the 500k. Therefore, kids that did not get a bonus have to beat out the bonus boy on an unlevel playing field.</p> <p>It isn't always that the extended kids aren't as skilled.
