&lt;p&gt;Padilla has really been good so far this year in Harrisburg. I guess he has played above this level before. Was he expected to be this good, and is he at all considered a prospect?&lt;/p&gt;

Andrew LeFave playing LF/DH for Harrisburg.
Luis Jimenez promoted from Harrisburg to Columbus
Bill Rhinehart promoted from Hagerstown to Harrisburg.&lt;/p&gt;
